FIFA: Safe Trade: You have not logged out of the console or PC

You haven’t turned off your game console / PC, so you can not start the delivery.

Please follow the steps below:

1.Quit ultimate team mode
2.Close FIFA21
3.Turn off your game console (if you are playing the PC version, do not turn off your PC)

4. One minute later, you can enter your delivery link to retry to complete your order.

Sometimes, you have turned off your game console, but our delivery system will show up always ‘Turn off your console’. It’s because of the delay of the server. It’s a common phenomenon. Please wait 20 minutes and then you can retry the delivery.
